2024 Senior Model Call
Savannah H. Photography’s Senior Model Team is an opportunity for 5-7 upcoming Seniors to work with me throughout the 2023-2024 school year. This includes the opportunity for free mini shoots, a free cap and gown session, referral gifts and other goodies, and a chance to make some amazing friendships. Open to all seniors in Montrose County and surrounding towns.
The program will start at the end of the 2022-2023 school year and will go until the end of the 2022-2024 school year. It will consist of at least 1 senior session for each model, one big shoot with all models, optional themed mini shoots throughout the school year, a free cap and gown session and a special end of year event. Each ambassador is asked to promote Savannah H. Photography and must be comfortable making social media posts regularly. You don't have to have any modeling experience... just be ready to have some fun!

The Details
Payment/Fees:
The total amount for being in the program is $525, which covers your senior session. This is broken up into 3 payments due in May, August & December. All other shoots will be completely free. The fee is non-refundable. The total value for the program is over $2,000!
Referrals:
Being in the model program means that you are asked to refer family/friends to Savannah H. Photography. If you you hit 5 referrals by November your last payment isn't due. Each time you refer 3 more people you will receive a gift card of your choice and a swag bag. The gifts will not be given unless the people you refer book a session with me.
Promoting:
All models are asked to actively promote Savannah H. Photography. This includes being active on social media, posting photos from the shoots and making sure to give credit to Savannah H. Photography. Each ambassador will need to make at least two posts per month on their personal social media promoting my photography themselves. Posts can include Instagram stories from the shoots with a tag or Instagram/Facebook posts. You will also receive marketing materials such as business cards and brochures to help with your referrals.
Shoots:
We will have one big shoot with the team that will take place in the Summer. This will take approximately 1.5 hours and will cover individual photo times, group ambassador photos, and several outfit changes.
Throughout the school year, there will be themed mini session opportunities at no extra cost. Models will receive both group and individual photos from these shoots if they choose to participate. Below is a list of planned shoots for the year, but the themes may vary if the team wants to do something different!

September- Pumpkin Patch/Fall Shoot
December- NYE Shoot
February- Surprise Shoot
April- Graduation Shoot
You will pick a date and time for your personal senior session. At the end of the year there will also be a free cap and gown session.
All shoots after the group shoot are optional and can be rescheduled around what is best for the group.
Meetings:
There will be a meet and greet at the end of the 2022-2023 school year to discuss the contract, get to know each other, and plan details for the first shoot. All other meetings we may need to have will be planned when most convenient to the group. I know senior year can get hectic so sometimes just a vote in the group text is all that's needed! I try not to hold a meeting when it could've been an email ;)
Events:
I will be holding some fun events throughout the school year for everyone! Events could include: drive-in movie night, horseback riding, art classes, holiday parties and seasonal activities. These are not required, just something to connect the group and have fun! Members are responsible for their entry for a team event (tickets to a movie, etc.).
Loyalty:
By agreeing to these terms, you are agreeing to keep your loyalty with Savannah H. Photography. This means you agree to have Savannah H. Photography as your sole photographer.

I understand this is a lot of information to take in, but it is a super fun and exciting opportunity. I’m looking to create a great relationship with each of my models along with their family.
