"We were on vacation with our entire family, including four family units comprised of 8 adults, 4 kids. Savanah did an incredible job getting all the arrangements we wanted with time to spare. She got the kids laughing so we also had a great mix of formal and candid shots.
We were traveling to Telluride for vacation and she was super responsive in the lead up to our session so we knew what to expect and how to prepare. She also had a location that didn't require us to have a car!
The best part of all, of course, are the photos! They are absolutely stunning and we will cherish them forever!"

My journey as a photographer began 7 years ago, fueled by a deep love for storytelling. I actually thought I wanted to become a journalist, but I fell in love with the human connection I get to capture and foster with photography. Over the years, I have honed my skills, trying everything from product photography to newborns. What I have fallen in love with over all else though, is capturing a moment or milestone in someone’s life, and being able to share the absolute beauty of Colorado with my clients.
In my senior collection, I aim to capture the unique personality and essence of each senior. Whether it's a candid moment, a posed portrait, or an environmental shot, I want to capture the real you. Your unique laugh, smile, and personality. I aim to create senior portraits that are timeless, so you won’t look back in 10 years and cringe like I do…
Connection, play and love are what I am all about. I love to capture moments beyond the standard “grandma shot”. You know the one, everyone smiling and looking at the camera. I want to capture what childhood and motherhood felt like, not just what your family looked like.
My photographic style is characterized by movement, bold colors and epic landscapes. I believe in the power of storytelling through visuals, and I approach each project with a unique vision. Everything from location to wardrobe is curated to best enhance YOU. My goal is to create images that resonate with authenticity and emotion.
Photography is more than a profession for me; it's a way of life. When I'm not behind the lens, I am playing in the same mountains I work in. Hiking, skiing, horseback riding, you name it. This personal connection to my craft and my home informs and enriches my work, allowing me to approach each session with passion and dedication.
Whether we’re popping champagne and celebrating your engagement or reflecting on years of marriage together, I love love! Intimate and playful describe my style and I love highlighting the little things about your relationship. Pinky promises, back rubs, playing in each others hair. Those little moments that sometimes go unnoticed are ultimately the acts of love that make up your relationship.
After spending years photographing everything from 200 person weddings to two person elopements, I have absolutely fallen in love with the freedom and intimacy of elopements. Doing what you want, when you want, and feeling nothing but joy and love and whirlwind romance on your wedding day? Yeah…that’s my jam.

WILL YOU PHOTOSHOP MY IMAGES TO HIDE ANY UNWANTED SPOTS, WRINKLES, ETC?
I primarily edit for color, contrast and light. Minor edits such as smoothing skin, removing blemishes and whitening teeth will be made to all of your images, but I believe our imperfections are what make us beautiful & unique.
I recommend booking 1-2 months out for the months of November-May and 3-6 months in advance for the peak season of June-October.
how far in advance should we book?
DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?
You will receive all retouched digital files in a resolution fit to print up to 8x10, for prints larger than this I will be in touch to ensure top notch color and quality.
I service Telluride, Ouray, Crested Butte and the areas in-between such as Montrose, Grand Junction and Ridgway!
